What's the minimum project size?
Custom OEM projects start at 1,000 units per SKU.
What does the development fee cover?
$750–$2,000 depending on complexity. Covers initial R&D, sample iteration, stability pre-screen, and Draft Product Profile.
How long from first call to first batch?
Existing formulations + custom packaging: 6–8 weeks. Fully custom formulations: 10–14 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — US, UK, EU, Korea, ASEAN, Middle East. Region-specific compliance documentation included.
What happens to the formula if we change manufacturer later?
By default Cellular retains formulation IP initially. Full IP buyout available — quoted at start.
Do you accept client-supplied raw materials?
No. All raw materials are sourced through our approved-supplier network for QA reasons.
Can you provide packaging?
We can source packaging from our existing partners, or fill into client-supplied packaging.
Can we visit the facility?
Yes, by appointment basis only.
