Packaging Update — June 2026
New Dropper Cap on Our 30 ml Frosted Glass Bottles
We're upgrading the dropper caps on our 30 ml frosted glass bottles from a shiny white gloss finish to a matte white ribbed cap — for better grip, greater durability, and a more cohesive look.
Effective June 2026The New Design
Matte White Ribbed Dropper Cap
Our 30 ml frosted glass bottles will now ship with a matte white ribbed dropper cap in place of the previous shiny white gloss cap. This upgrade was shaped entirely by customer feedback and our own quality standards.
The ribbed texture provides a reliable grip for effortless, one-handed opening. The matte finish pairs seamlessly with both the frosted glass bottle and our matte labels, creating a cohesive, premium look across the full packaging suite.
The dropper pipette, glass bottle, and fill volume are completely unchanged.

Why We Updated
Three Reasons, One Better Cap
This change was made in direct response to consistent feedback from our clients. Three clear themes emerged — and we addressed all of them.
Finish Durability
Customers reported the gloss surface was chipping, scratching, and deteriorating with regular handling. The matte finish is significantly more resistant to everyday surface wear and looks better for longer.
Easier to Open
The smooth surface made the previous cap difficult to grip and unscrew, particularly with wet hands or for customers with reduced dexterity. Ribbing solves this completely — a firm, confident grip every time.
Aesthetic Consistency
A gloss cap on a frosted bottle with a matte label created a mismatched look. The new matte cap unifies the entire packaging into one coherent, polished finish — exactly as it should be.
Original Cap — Limited Availability
The Previous Gloss Cap Can Still Be Ordered
We understand some clients may have existing label artwork, photography, or brand specifications built around the previous cap. While all standard orders from June 2026 onwards will ship with the new matte ribbed cap, the original shiny white gloss cap remains available to order on a limited stock basis.
Minimum Order Quantity: 100 Units
The original gloss dropper cap can be specified when ordering our 30 ml frosted glass bottles, subject to a minimum order of 100 units. Stock is limited and available while supplies last. The bottle, pipette, fill volume, and all other specifications remain identical — only the cap finish differs. Contact us directly to check stock availability and place an order.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common Questions About This Change
No. The formulation, fill volume, pipette, and frosted glass bottle are all completely unchanged. Only the outer dropper cap has been updated — the finish (matte vs. gloss) and texture (ribbed vs. smooth).
All orders dispatched from June 2026 will include the matte white ribbed cap as standard. Orders placed and fulfilled before this date may ship with either cap depending on existing stock at the time of dispatch.

If your listing imagery prominently features the previous gloss cap, we recommend updating it after June 2026. The frosted glass bottle body, label area, and overall dimensions are identical — only the cap differs in finish and texture. We suggest refreshing product photography when your next update cycle comes around.
Yes. The thread size, pipette length, bulb, and dropper assembly are identical to the previous cap. The change is purely to the outer cap finish and grip texture — the functional mechanism is unchanged.
Most clients find the updated cap substantially improves their finished product's appearance. The matte ribbed cap creates a consistent finish across the frosted bottle body and matte label — replacing the previous visual mismatch between gloss and matte surfaces. The cap remains white; only the finish and texture differ.
No. The new matte ribbed cap is a like-for-like replacement at the same price point. There are no changes to the pricing or minimum order quantities for the 30 ml frosted glass bottle range.
