2. Once you have determined the products you would like to purchase, you can either purchase a sample or begin private labelling the product.

3. If you choose to private label the product a minimum order quantity of 5 units is required. Prior to adding the product to your cart you will be required to design your labels and upload the file. This will allow the Cellular Cosmetics team to print your design and attach it to your packaging.

4. Once your order is received the Cellular Cosmetics team will begin formulating your products, labelling them and ship them to you once complete!

How to begin with private label skin care at Cellular Cosmetics

1. Explore our comprehensive private label skin care catalogue, featuring creams, serums, oils, and other cosmetic formulations fully compliant with TGA & FDA standards.
   
2. Select the product(s) you wish to manufacture under your own brand. You can start by ordering a sample to evaluate the formulation, packaging, and branding.
   
3. When you’re ready to private label, meet our minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 units for custom branding. Before finalising your order, submit your label designs matching our label dimensions. We handle printing and labeling for you.
   
4. After design approval and payment, our production process begins. We formulate, label, package, and quality test—then ship your private labeled cosmetics/products to you.

All of our white and private label products are manufactured at our Gold Coast facility in Australia. No products are manufactured overseas.

We welcome orders from individuals, startups, salons, beauty brands—anyone interested in private label skin care or cosmetics manufacture. No prior experience or cosmetic formulation qualifications are required. We make it simple to start your brand

Visit the product page of the skin care item you want to test. Under “Branding Selection”, choose Sample.
Samples are delivered in the actual packaging you select (bottles, jars, etc.), with Cellular Cosmetics’ branding so you can assess the packaging, design, feel, and performance.

There is no minimum order quantity for samples. You receive full-size versions to properly evaluate before placing a branded/private label order.

For example, if you are looking to sample the Peptide Eye Cream proceed to the product page, and select the 'Sample' option under the branding tab. Then add the product to the cart and proceed to checkout. 

Samples do not have a MOQ and come in full sized packaging which allows you to test the product & packaging.

Yes, discounts automatically apply to bulk orders at check out. The following discounts apply on large private label or wholesale orders:

• 10% off for orders of 50+ units

• 20% off for 100+ units

• 30% off for 500+ units

• 40% off for 1000+ units or more

These automatic price reductions ensure better margins for brands scaling up.

The time an order takes depends on the order quantity.

• 1-50 units: approx. 1-4 business days

• 50-200 units: 4-8 business days

• 200-500 units: 6-10 business days

• 500+ units: 12+ business days (please enquire for a more precise estimate)

Yes. We offer flexible formulation services. You can request to add, remove or adjust ingredients to suit your brand identity (natural/organic prefs, sensitivity concerns etc.). All modifications will be reviewed for stability, safety and regulatory compliance. Please enquire with details of your formulation changes, and we’ll assess feasibility, costs and timelines.

For safety and regulatory reasons, we currently do not allow on-site visits to our private label manufacturing facility.

Yes. At Cellular Cosmetics we perform routine stability testing on all cosmetic formulations. That includes testing for pH, odour, colour, and viscosity over time to ensure safety, effectiveness, shelf-life and regulatory compliance.

While we do not include PET (Preservative Efficacy Testing) by default, we can arrange PET upon request, important if your product label claims “preservative free” or low preservative content. Please contact us if PET is a requirement for your brand or market.

Full payment (100% of the order value) is required before production begins. This includes costs for formulation, packaging, labeling and any regulatory or quality checks. We do not charge hidden fees—what you see in the order confirmation reflects all included costs.

The prices listed on our product pages include everything you need to launch your branded product: formulation / product development, compliant packaging, custom labels, and Australian GST. No added costs for labeling or compliance work after ordering—transparency is built into our pricing.

All our private label skin care products have a shelf life of 12 months after opening, assuming proper storage. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Proper packaging integrity also helps maintain efficacy. If you require extended shelf-life or specialized stability (e.g. travel-size, extreme climates), we can discuss options during formulation.
