SHIPPING & DELIVERY

The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred from the shipping of their package.

  1. Cellular Cosmetics uses several different courier companies to fulfil our orders. Cellular Cosmetics will not be held responsible for loss or damage once goods have left our premises.
  2. Freight calculation is based on weight & cubic volume of the package, in addition to the recipient destination.
  3. In circumstances where couriers are experiencing large delays in estimated delivery time, Cellular Cosmetics may use an alternative courier or method of delivery to ship the customers order. Any additional cost of the alternative courier will be covered by Cellular Cosmetics.
  4. Shipping promotions are not applicable for custom made products or bulk delivery.
  5. While Cellular Cosmetics aims to deliver by the date specified in the Purchase Order, it does not unless otherwise agreed in writing guarantee delivery on that date and is not liable for any Loss resulting from late or early delivery. If no date for delivery has been specified, then the Goods shall be supplied to the Purchaser and the Purchaser shall receive the Goods as soon as practicable after the Purchase Order has been accepted by Cellular Cosmetics and the Goods have been manufactured.
  6. Risk in the Goods passes to the Purchaser at the time of delivery. The Purchaser is responsible for inspecting the Goods upon delivery and any damage or fault must be identified and noted at such inspection and notified to Cellular Cosmetics within 7 days of delivery of the Goods in order to make any claim.
  7. The Customer assumes all risk on delivery at the agreed location.
  8. If a Customer collects goods from Cellular Cosmetics premises then the Customer assumes all risk once goods have been collected.
  9. If Cellular Cosmetics cannot deliver because of circumstances outside its reasonable control (including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, raw material shortages, accidents or breakdowns of plant or machinery or shipping courier) then Cellular Cosmetics is not liable for late delivery and delivery obligations are suspended (without penalty) until in Cellular Cosmetics reasonable opinion the inability ceases.
  10. Cellular Cosmetics will use its reasonable efforts to deliver to the Goods to the customer as they ordered, but in certain situations the complete order may not be able to be met by Cellular Cosmetics. In such cases the Customer must accept the delivery where the quantity delivered is not more or less than ten percent (10%) in value or quantity of the Goods ordered. In this event, an adjustment will be made to the invoice by Cellular Cosmetics.
  11. Deliveries may be totally or partially suspended during any period in which Cellular Cosmetics may be prevented or hindered from delivering by any circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, raw material shortages, accidents, or breakdowns of plant or machinery. The Customer acknowledges that in such an event, Cellular Cosmetics will be under no liability or obligation to deliver to the Customer any Goods not delivered during the period of suspension.
  12. Cellular Cosmetics reserves the right to make deliveries in instalments.
  13. Upon delivery or deemed delivery, the Goods shall be at the Customer risk and the Customer shall, from that date, insure the Goods for their full replacement value.
  14. By placing an order with Cellular Cosmetics the customer acknowledges that they authorise the goods to be delivered without a signature upon arrival of the courier. Cellular Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for goods lost or stolen upon delivery.
  15. The customer assumes all risk with international deliveries. The customer must ensure the goods ordered are compliant with local laws and legislation, and able to enter the destination country. International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes and fees that their order may incur.
