Production To Temporarily Cease

Dear Valued Clients,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you about an exciting development at Cellular Cosmetics that will enhance our operations and the overall experience we provide to our esteemed clients.

From the 10th of September 2023 to the 3rd of October 2023 we will be undertaking extensive renovations at our facilities. These renovations involve the installation of cutting-edge equipment and the expansion of facilities aimed at improving our production process and to ultimately better serve you.

During this renovation period, there will be a temporary closure of our production line, resulting in a halt in the manufacturing of all cosmetic products. However, we want to assure you that our dedicated team will remain available to handle any inquiries, questions and concerns via phone and email channels. Our commitment to excellent customer service will remain unchanged during this period. Orders can still be placed during this period, and will be fulfilled immediately once our facility re-opens on the 3rd of October 2023. 

To ensure a seamless transition and minimisation of any potential disruption in your supply chain, we kindly request that you take note of the following:

   Stock up in Advance: We recommend placing larger quantity orders well before the 10th of September to prevent any stock shortages during the renovation period. By doing so, you can rest assured that you will have sufficient inventory to meet your customers' demands.
   
   Communication Channels: Although production will be temporarily suspended, our representatives will be available to assist you with any inquiries, questions or concerns. Please reach out to us via phone or email as per your convenience.
   
   Timelines: The renovation period is scheduled to take place from the 10th of September 2023 to the 3rd of October 2023. We will provide updates if any changes occur during this period, ensuring that you remain informed about our progress.
