Bulk Glycolic Acid Exfoliating Cleanser

1. Glycolic Acid
Glycolic Acid gently exfoliates skin by removing dead skin cells, thereby removing excess pigment which may aid with fading dark spots and soften fine lines. Glycolic acid is effective in preventing or treating acne, severely dry skin, and wrinkles. Glycolic acids natural exfoliating activity acts by dissolving the internal cellular cement responsible for abnormal keratinisation, facilitating the removal of dead skin cells. It also improves skin hydration by enhancing moisture uptake as well as increasing the skin’s ability to bind water.

2. Hyaluronic Acid
Hyaluronic Acid is a naturally occurring acid which is known for its moisturising & exfoliating properties. In this formulation, Hyaluronic Acid works synergistically with Glycolic Acid to reduce fine lines and superficial wrinkles, lighten surface pigmentation, and promote suppler skin with improved hydration. The extensive hydration profile of hyaluronic acid renders it a useful candidate for conditions such as as photo-damage and hyperpigmentation, and at the medical level, eczema, and ichthyosis.

Direction of Use: After rinsing face, evenly apply 1 – 2 pumps of the Glycolic Acid exfoliator to the entire face, elbows, neck or any area where exfoliation is desired. In a circular motion rub the Glycolic Acid exfoliator for 10 – 30 seconds. For best results, leave the Glycolic Acid exfoliator on the skin for approximately 1 minute. To remove, use a damp cloth on the face, pressing gently down with your fingertips. Repeat 2 – 4 times per week. Suitable for AM or PM use.
